You may return most new, unused eyeglasses within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. We understand that finding the perfect pair of glasses is important, and we strive to make the return process as straightforward as possible for our valued customers.

2. Eligible Items & Conditions

To qualify for a return, the eyeglasses must be unworn, undamaged, and include all original tags, cases, and cleaning cloths. A valid proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is also required. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, as the integrity of our products is paramount.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are excluded from our general return policy. This includes any eyeglasses that have been customized with prescription lenses, as these are made specifically for individual needs. Also, items explicitly marked as 'Final Sale' during special promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

6. Exchanges & Replacements

If you received a defective or damaged pair of eyeglasses, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will gladly arrange for an exchange or replacement of the faulty item at no additional cost to you. For non-defective items, we do not offer direct exchanges; you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
